HELPDESK SUPPORTERS

We are looking for helpdesk analysts with technical background, who will be joining our team, in order to support users, test systems & contribute to the technical documentation creation of financial/banking systems.

Location

Available positions in: Athens, Ioannina

Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarization with banking terminology and financial terms in Greek and English
  • Familiarization with IT Systems
  • Strong customer service ethos & communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team spirit
  • Completed military obligations
Desired qualifications
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages ​​C # (or Java), SQL
  • A degree in IT / Computer Science
  • Working experience will be considered as a plus
